Simply inserts the herb, root first, into the appropriate sized hold and pull through. Leaves will collect in the integrated bowl and measuring cup. Measurement sizes include: 1-Tbsp, 2-Tbsp, 3-Tbsp and 1/4 cup. For fans of the metric system, sizes also in milliliters: 15-ml, 30-ml, 45-ml and 60-ml. Top-rack dishwasher safe. HOW TO USE: Insert stem into desired hole, root first. Pull through hole. Place in top-rack of dishwasher to clean. Chef'n products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
